Because of the custom and perishable nature of our desserts, dirty sodas, beverage bars, and event services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, completed, picked up, delivered, or served.

Custom Orders & Event Deposits

Deposits made for custom orders, dessert tables, dirty soda bars, beverage stations, and event bookings are non-refundable and secure your event date and preparation time.

Order Issues

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with details and photos if applicable. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before preparation begins may qualify for partial store credit at the discretion of Sweetest Thing By Jessie.
